Procter & Gamble Co (P&G) was founded by William Procter and James Gamble in 1837 - today they are a multinational consumer goods company based in Ohio, United States. The company produces some of the most iconic brands of personal care products and cleaning agents across the globe.

P&G is made up of numerous individual household brands, which we all know and love, including Oral-B, Vicks, Pampers, Olay, Gillette, Pantene Pro-V, Tampax, Ariel, Always, Head & Shoulders.
 

ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME

The P&G Learnership Program offers students the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive work environment, whereby learners will gain exposure to various types of work and be able to build value to the company.

It is a paid administrative programme located in Sandton, Gauteng, and students can expect to receive formal training and daily mentoring from a manager.
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria - failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed one of these qualifications: Matric (NSC) certificate OR National Diploma with 0 to 3 years working experience
  • Must have strong disciplinary skills
  • Must be willing to always learn from the external environment
  • Must want to working in a challenging environment
