Mezzanine has over 800 million mobile subscribers in Africa, aiming to further promote mobile technology which they believe would lead to productive societies. Mezzanine delivers many solutions such as IoT, last-mile mobile, and digitally-enabled solutions that save their consumers money, allow many individuals across Africa to connect to one another, increase efficiency as well as improve risk management. DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Western Cape
Contract period: 12 months

Mezzanine is offering a Software Developer Graduate Program to candidates where they will be granted the opportunity to gain workplace exposure and experience. The candidates will also deliver professional output as well as receive mentoring and guidance during this programme that runs from January to December 2022.

The Software Developer Graduate Programme offers:

Workplace maturity workshops aimed to equip successful students with the skills needed to succeed in the work environment
Learning and contributing to production within a product team as well as exposure to full-stack development
The opportunity to hone your skills in front/ back end, DevOps, and database management with the help of masterclasses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Must be a South African Citizen
Must have completed a Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related
Must have knowledge and experience using JavaScript/ Java and/or SQL
Must be analytical
Must be a quick learner
Must take initiative
Must have excellent problem-solving capabilities
Must be able to work well in a team
Must be dedicated to work
Must follow the company's vision and mission
