DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: South Africa (all provinces)
Duration: 4-5 years

RCL FOOD is offering a Management Trainee/ Internship programme to talented graduates or final year students. Customer Facing Graduates will have the opportunity to join the 4-5 year development programme, to ready them for a successful career within the Customer Division.

The programme equips the candidate with the necessary skills to develop in the industry as well as opportunities to keep them self-motivated and help them achieve their career goals. The candidate will be rotated between the Sales, Marketing and Category Operations Teams. They will be exposed to an environment that is fast-paced, accelerates their learning, develops their skill, and exposes them to the teachings and guidance of experienced mentors. The programme consists of both a practical induction and a building exposure component that exposed the candidate to Projects, Plant Maintenance, Sustainability, and more.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

Must be a South African Citizen or have permanent residence in South Africa
Must be in your final year OR have completed a BCom/ BsocSci/ BbusSci qualification in one of these fields: Economics/ Management/ Marketing/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
Must have excellent Tertiary academic results
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be an innovative thinker
Must be able to build relationships
Must take initiative
Must be able to negotiate
Must be an analytical thinker
Must be a strategic thinker
