DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Duration: 12 months
Contract Type: Fixed-term
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is offering a Human Resources learnership to unemployed, disabled individuals. During the programme, the candidate will provide assistance and perform duties within the Human Resources department, using their relevant skills and experience.
The programme lasts for 12 months and consists of both theoretical (formal) training as well as a structured (on-the-job) work experience, lead by mentors and coaches. The aim of this programme is to allow the candidate to enrol for an NQF-3 in Business Administration Services upon completion.
Key performance areas of the programme: Ensuring that the entire learnership is completed efficiently and to the best of your ability, as well as providing administrative support all throughout the year- especially during the business peaks when team members are on leave
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have passed Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy and English as subject
- Must have achieved a minimum pass rate of at least 40% in Matric
- Must not be enrolled in any formal, full-time studies
- Must have an excellent command of the English Language
- Must have proficiency in an additional South African language
- Must be unemployed
- Must be 18 to 34 years old
- Must be living with a disability
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme
- Must NOT have a criminal record
- Must have a clear credit history
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be organised
- Must be goal-driven
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a highly flexible and high-pressured environment
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to attend classes on weekdays and Saturdays (if necessary)
- Must be willing to work at the regional location
- Must reside near Bloemfontein or be willing to relocate to this location
