DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Mpumalanga
Ritluka Resources is offering a Graduate Internship programme to young graduates seeking workplace experience.
The purpose of this programme is to equip the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge pertaining to the mining industry, making them a front runner when they enter the job market. During the programme, the candidate will be exposed to and gain the necessary knowledge about the operations within the workplace.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed one of the following degree qualifications: BSc Geology, BSc Mining Engineering, BSc Environmental Management, BSc Mine Surveying, BSc Mechanical Engineering, BSc Electrical Engineering or BCom Finance
- Must have obtained your qualification at a University or University of Technology in South African
- Must be a previously disadvantaged individual
- Must be from the Thubelihle, Kriel or Rietspruit area
- Must be in financial need
- Must be logical and organised
- Must have excellent work ethics
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must have integrity and confidentiality
- Must be able to work successfully independently
- Must be able to work well in a team
