ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE INTERNSHIP:
Pep is a multinational retail company, founded in 1965 and a subsidiary of Pepkor. Pep currently has retail stores across 11 countries in Southern Africa, where they operate close to 2400 stores and have over 17 000 employees.
Pep sells low-cost clothing, their target market is the lower-income to middle-income market and they are the biggest single-brand retailer in South Africa. Pep also owns and operates the biggest clothing factory in southern Africa, where most of the clothing is manufactured.
DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape (Central Office)
Duration: 18 months fixed term
Salary: Market Related
Number of positions available: 14
PEP are inviting candidates to apply for 14 available Internship positions within the companies Central Office. Students who are in possession of an N6 Certificate could be eligible to apply for the 18 month programme, which will afford them the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience in their field of study.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed an N6 Certificate in any of the following fields: Business Management, Human Resource Management or Marketing Management
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience working in MS Office and Google Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must have good planning skills
- Must have good listening skills
- Must be self motivated and driven
- Must be able to work remotely
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be willing to learn on the job and be interested in personal development
- Must be dutiful and be able to cooperate
- Must be flexible
- Must show integrity
- Must be able to take initiative and have energy
