ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE LEARNERSHIP:
Career Pathing Solutions (Pty) Ltd (CPS) was established to meet the growing need for sustainable skills development in South Africa. CPS is a black-owned private company with its main aim being to aid learners in developing the necessary skills and knowledge required to establish a successful career, as well as benefit the company they are working for.
CPS offers many accredited programmes such as Occupational Health and Safety, ABET, as well as various learnerships whereby CPS assists with the funding of SETA applications. CPS also offers consultation services, IT solutions, as well as customised Internal Induction, and Occupational Health and Safety Programmes for the sake of efficiency and to save costs.

DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Central Johannesburg, Gauteng and Central Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 12 months
Career Pathing Solutions (CPS) is offering a learnership opportunity to youth members who are living with disabilities and interested in gaining experience in retail. The programme will focus on wholesale and retail and the student will be paid a monthly stipend.
Registration for the programme starts on 1 July 2021 and the programme will officially commence from 1 August 2021.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)/ NQF-4
- Must be living with a disability
- Must have a valid South African Identity Document
- Must have proficiency in English
- Must have a willingness to learn
