BrightCAP online is a contract and task management platform, making it easier for businesses, the government, as well as people to find talent for specific projects and jobs. BrightCAP's main aim is to connect users with various expert service providers within their local communities who can manage and complete any tasks set out by the user.

DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMMES:

Location: Eastern Cape
Duration: 12 to 36 months

BrightCAP Youth Community Outreach Programme (YCOP) is offering an internship opportunity , to unemployed youth and women.

YCOP, partnered with KTMO Business Solutions is offering an internship opportunity on behalf of BrightSolver, which will officially commence from 1 November 2021 and run for 12- 36 months.

The programme is also a Structured Paid Internship opportunity that will offer the successful candidate benefits, commission, bonus earnings, as well as employment opportunities within the various BrightSolver Partner Industries.

These industries are IT & Telecommunications, Construction and Property Development, Cyber and Private Security Services, Manufacturing, Environmental Waste Management and Energy, Mining Technologies, Healthcare, Retail and Wholesale, Logistics, and Transportation, Education Technologies, and Agriculture and Agro-Processing.

BrightSolver will be facilitating Job Placements as well as Enterprise Development Opportunities over 16 Supply Chains and 5000 Enterprise Development Opportunities within Africa.

The YCOP programmes and opportunities that will be offered are:

Sales and Administration
Technical Support Training
Executive Training

Benefits of the programme (what you will receive):

A monthly stipend
Monthly meal vouchers valid at all BrightSolver approved partner locations (this includes online partners)
Access to BrightCAP Global/ Approved Business centres within the Eastern Cape
Tools of trace such as a Laptop Device, Data (10GB per month as well as Access to BrightCAP Connected Wi-Fi Locations
Free Transportation (if you reside within 5km from the BrightCap Global Business Centre)
A paid internship contract for 12 months followed by a 24- 36 month Independent
Contactor Employment Agreement and selected Programme with BrightCAP global and/or its partner companies
Funding for your student loans (this will be managed by Fundi Capital)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

Must be a South African citizen and possess a valid South African Identity Document
Must have completed Matric
Must be unemployed and/ or female
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
Must be within the Eastern Cape for the first roll-out (thereafter, national positions will be available as of January 2022)
Must partake in and pass the assessment and approval process by KTMO Business Solutions
