ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE LEARNERSHIP:

Senwes is an established business in the Agricultural industry that focuses on supplying production inputs to grain producers as well as ensuring that there is market access for agricultural produce. Senwes also ensures that they produce services and value to all their clients; these services and value includes insurance, financing, as well as agricultural technical services.

DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Various Silos within the Grain Industry
Duration: 12-month fixed term contract

Senwes is offering a Grainlink Learnership opportunity, to youth interested in following a career within the grain industry. Self-motivated and energetic learners will join Senwes for a period of 12 months, whereby they will receive practical on-the-job training, and external training.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

Must be between 18 and 25 years old
Must have completed a Matric (NSC) or must be currently completing Matric
Must have passed Mathematics as a subject in Matric
Must have strong technical ability or aptitude (highly recommended)
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
Must not be currently full-time employed
Must not have taken part in any previous Learnerships
Must be self-motivated and energetic
Must be committed to completing the programme
