DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Coronation Fund Managers is offering a Talent Management Learnership opportunity, whereby the learner will provide reliable and accurate support to the companies Talent Management (TM) team, of 5 staff members, through administration of all Human Resource processes.
After completing the programme, candidates will receive a Higher Certificate in Management (HCM) through Milpark Education, NQF level 5.
Duties and Responsibilities of the programme:
- Providing support and assistance with all HR administration for recruitment and training processes
- Ensure that employee data and files remain accurate and up to date (manual or electronic)
- Capturing all TM related data accurately
- Processing all TM invoices and ensuring that records are kept in order and filed correctly
- Capturing and maintaining training data
- Capturing and maintaining CV data
- Maintaining Talent Management files, records, documents on the intranet
- Maintaining Learning and Development files, records, documents on the intranet
- Coordinating training requirements for all employees
- Maintaining and updating the TM calendar
- Supporting the TM team with any ad hoc administrative duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must have completed Matric or a 3-year undergraduate degree
- Previous working experience is not required but any administrative experience will be beneficial
- Must be computer literate in MSOffice (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must have effective time management skills
- Must have good coordination skills
