Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) is located in KwaZulu-Natal and is part of the Rio Tinto Group. RBM is an internationally recognised mining and mineral processing operation and is one of the world's powerhouse producers of high purity pig iron, titanium minerals, and zircon. RBM has also established a strong corporate social development programme as well as an environmental rehabilitation programme that aims to re-establish mined dunes once they have been used for extraction purposes.

Rio Tinto is offering a Graduate Programme opportunity to graduate students who are in possession of a degree in the Engineering field.
The programme will take place at Rio Tinto's Richards Bay Mineral operation in KwaZulu-Natal and aims to equip the candidates with the tools needed to innovate, invent, and pioneer progress for the company and themselves. During the programme, candidates will engage in exciting, progressive and future skills activities that will help them in the preparation to become future leaders of the country.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have completed your degree in 2020, 2021 or by March 2022
- Must have less than 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to legally work in South Africa
