DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Strandfontein, Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 12 months
Number of positions available: 80

The Trinity Trust Foundation is offering a 12-month Contract Centre learnership opportunity in partnership with the BPO Skills Academy and the City of Cape Town. This learnership opportunity is NSF approved and is open to 80 candidates with a passion to succeed in the BPO, becoming an experienced centre agent.

The candidates will receive coaching and mentoring from the company's expert call centre agents, as well as learn to achieve their goals and engage in active learning. As a learner, you will be part of a workplace environment that supports numerous product campaigns and is a mixture of both permanent employees and learners.
 

Key performance areas of the programme:

  • Achieving set key performance indicators
  • Being responsible for the overall success of the centre
  • Engaging in quality outbound calling
  • Writing reports
  • Implementing processes to improve the performance of the centre

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must have completed Grade 12/ Matric
  • Must have at least 1-year Customer Service experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Must NOT have a criminal record
  • Must be computer literate with excellent typing speed
  • Must be able to work various shifts within a 24-hour environment
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills
  • Must have customer empathy
  • Must be assertive
  • Must have excellent planning capabilities
  • Must be highly organised
  • Must be an analytical thinker
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to form and create healthy relationships
