DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Duration: 1 year
Monthly Allowance: R 4300 per month
BANKSETA is offering a Learnership programme within the Banking and Alternative Banking sector, to graduate students, known as the Kuyasa Learnership: Generic Management.
The programme will last for 1 year and will expose the candidate to workplace experience and, after successful completion of the programme, candidates will receive an NQF5 qualification relevant to the banking sector.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed a tertiary qualification (3 year Degree or Diploma) in one of these fields: Actuarial Science, Auditing, Banking, Business Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Analysis/ MIS Analysis, Data Collection, Economics, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Media Studies, Paralegal, Project Management, Property Studies, Quality Management, Risk Management, Social Science, Statistics
- Must NOT have a criminal record
- Must have a clear credit (ICT)
- As of 1 July 2022, must be under the age of 35
- Must be unemployed
- Must NOT be participating in any other learnership programme
- Must not be partaking in studies from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
