DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Locations: Cape Town, Western Cape
Vivo Energy is offering a Talent Development Internship opportunity to candidates interested in kickstarting their careers. This programme is aimed at candidates who have completed a Human Resources qualification with strong systems capability.
During the programme, the candidate will be expected to perform various tasks and responsibilities that support Vivo Energy's Talent Development strategy. The tasks range from administrative to digital content and talent development, and the responsibilities include administrating the company's learning management system and developing e-content.
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Providing support in the delivery of the Vivo Energy Talent Development Strategy
- Aiding in the creation of the HR Digital Magazine
- Providing support for the successful creation of the Social Media strategy
- Providing support with the roll-out and the implementation of standardized Graduate Programme across the group
- Engaging in data analytics and providing reports on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Reviewing EVP and presenting new enhancements
- Assisting with recruitment end to end
- Engaging in admin duties (assigning of users publishing jobs, handling requests from the business)
- Ensuring Talent related content is reviewed and updated on the learning and management system
- Deploying and developing digital training content
- Providing ad hoc management support and benchmarking when required
- Engaging with and assisting various stakeholders across Vivo Energy, regarding talent requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must have completed a National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management
- Must know traditional learning theories
- Must know about learning and content management systems
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in internet browser technologies
