DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Locations: Tshwane, Pretoria, Gauteng
Duration: 24 Months
The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is offering GEPFuture Internship Programme opportunities in various fields, to graduates who have completed a qualification or are in the process of completing their qualification and require practical workplace exposure.
Internships are available in these fields:
- Graphic Design Internship
- Human Resources Internship
- Supply Chain Management Internship
- Finance Internship
- Secretariat Internship
- Information Technology Internship
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must have completed a 3 year Degree or National Diploma qualification in either of the fields listed below OR must have passed all course work but require practical workplace exposure for completion of a your qualification in any of the fields specified below:
- Graphic Design Internship: Diploma in Graphic Design or related ( shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a portfolio of evidence)
- Human Resources Internship: BTech or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology
- Supply Chain Management Internship: BTech or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Finance Internship: Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Bachelor of Commerce in Finance
- Secretariat Internship: N6 or National Diploma or Degree in Administration or an ICSA Qualification
- Information Technology Internship: National Diploma Information Technology or equivalent technical or engineering qualification
- Must be unemployed
- Must have NOT taken part in any previous Internship programmes
- Must NOT have any previous formal employment in your field of study

Please note:
- Candidates will be responsible for their own transport and/or accommodation to attend an interview or appointment.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved a minimum 60% average pass mark over their undergraduate studies and a minimum 55% pass mark at postgraduate level.
