DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Start date: 11 April 2022.
Highbury Media is offering an Editorial Internship opportunity within the editorial department of the Woman on Wheels magazine.
Interns will be exposed to the following job roles:
- Researching and assisting with articles on the website
- Assisting on shoots and videos for magazine and website
- Assisting our road test engineers in road testing, including weighing, measuring
- vehicles, recording specification features and road test data
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a tertiary qualification in English and/or journalism
- Must have excellent writing skills
- Must have excellent organisational skill
- Must have a basic understanding of and interest in engineering and/or technology
- Must be passionate about driving and motoring media
- Must be proactive
- Must be self-disciplined
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be able to work under deadline pressure
- Must have valid driver's license
