DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Cape Town, Western Cape; Johannesburg, Gauteng; or Remote

Ozow is offering a Client Success Risk Operations Internship opportunity. During the programme, the candidate will assist the Ozow customer-facing teams and aid in managing risk linked to risk processes, such as investigations and Know Your Customer (KYC.) The candidate will also provide the team with up-to-date analytics and information on the designated risk operation processes and functions.
 

Key performance areas of the programme:

  • Providing admin support to the Clients Success Risk Operation team
  • Performing data and analytics
  • Assisting the team in organising internal and cross-functional projects
  • Maintaining and creating Client Success operational risk procedures and processes
  • Adopting and developing best practices and standardised procedures
  • Using the above-mentioned practices and procedures to recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiencies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in any of these fields: Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, or any other related field
