DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Toyota South Africa is offering a Maintenance Production Learnership opportunity. Candidates who complete the programme will receive a NQF Level 2 certification.

Learners will perform the following duties and training:

  • Working in a team
  • Safe handling of tools
  • Assembling and manufacturing Drawings
  • Marking off Welding
  • Operating and monitoring production machines
  • Preparing surfaces
  • Fire fighting
  • Operations & dispatch products

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must have completed Matric or Technical Matric with Mathematics & Physical Science or Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory, or Motor trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, Graphical Design
  • Must have completed National Technical Certificate [N3 – N6]
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good planning and organisational skills
  • Must have good analytical skills
  • Must accurate information gathering and analysis
  • Must have perseverance
