DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Duration: 1 year (commence on 9 January 2023 and end on 15 December 2023)
Kearney is offering a part-time PDBA internship opportunity to candidates, which will take place at GIBS, Johannesburg. The programme aims to give candidates an in-depth introduction to the world of Management Consulting as well as key aspects of entrepreneurship. The candidate will engage in a hands-on approach to learning, whereby they will learn key concepts and methodologies relating to Management Consulting. Candidates will also be assigned to a mentor who will actively engage with the Project Manager and offer support and guidance during the programme.
The candidate will be introduced to the culture of the company, and become part of a talented team working together to solve the company's most important issues. Through this, candidates will learn the necessary skills and knowledge needed to make a powerful impact and enhance their personal development in a professional company and culture.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
- Must showcase excellent academic ability with an average of C+ to A+ grades
- Must have no more than 2 fails
- Must be BCI only
- Must be from a previously disadvantaged background
- Must have less than 1-year formal experience
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have excellent communication skills
