DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Toyota South Africa is offering a Maintenance Production Learnership opportunity. Unemployed candidates are invited to apply and when completing the programme, they will receive an NQF Level 2 certification.
Learners will perform the following duties and training:
- Working in a team
- Safe handling of tools
- Assembling and manufacturing Drawings
- Marking off Welding
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Preparing surfaces
- Fire fighting
- Operations & dispatch products
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric or Technical Matric with Mathematics & Physical Science or Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory, or Motor trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, Graphical Design
- Must have completed National Technical Certificate [N3 – N6]
- Must be unemployed
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good planning and organisational skills
- Must have good analytical skills
- Must accurate information gathering and analysis
- Must have perseverance
