ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE LEARNERSHIP:

Hytec provides a number of services and this is possible due to the 26 service centres and branches strategically located for client convenience.

Hytec South Africa's local branches are in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Kuruman, Polokwane, Lephalale, Saldanha Bay, Newcastle, Rustenberg, Sasolburg, Secunda, Richards Bay, Klerksdorp, Witbank and Steelport. A number of branches are also established in other African countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique. DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: South Africa (National Wide)
Duration: 1 year
Posts available: 17

Hytec South Africa is offering a 12-month learnership to 17 individuals interested in joining their training programme. The aim of the programme is to allow the candidates to gain work-place experience and hands-on skills.
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Education requirement: must have a Matric (NSC certificate) or any equivalent qualification
  • Must be between 20 and 25 years old
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be a hard-worker
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must have motivation
  • Must be positive
  • Must be from a previously disadvantaged background, in accordance with the Employment Equity Act
  • Preference will be given current Hytec employees' dependents and females
