DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 14 months
Clicks is offering a Contact Centre Learnership opportunity to candidates interested in entering the Wholesale and Retail Trade industry and upon successful completion of the programme, the successful candidate will obtain an NQF-2 in Call/ Contact Centre Support.
This work-based programme aims to assist and provide the candidate with the necessary skills needed to succeed within the workplace and gain employment opportunities within the industry.
Key Performance Areas of the Programme:
- Acting respectfully as an employee of Clicks by following the company's values
- Attending all classroom activities and on the job training
- Completing all tasks set out during the learnership programme
- Utilising all knowledge learnt about Clicks' policies, products, and procedures
- Ensuring that a Portfolio of Evidence is compiled for SETA submission
- Ensuring that all logbooks for work-based learning are completed
- Attaining the required level for both summative and formative assessments
- Showing an eagerness and willingness to work within the Contact Centre Environment
- Using the company's systems to demonstrate your skills
- Understanding and utilising the operational processes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed Grade 12/ Matric
- Must have taken Mathematics/ Mathematics Literacy as subjects in school (preferable)
- Must have taken English as a subject in school and be fluent in the language
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must be unemployed
- Must be able to commit to the full duration of the programme
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must have relating and networking skills
- Must be able to follow procedures and instructions
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Must have excellent research and learning skills
- Must be able to follow all principles and values
- Must be able to deliver results
- Must be able to meet all the expectations of customers
- Mus be able to work in a high pressured environment
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to achieve personal work goals and objectives (desirable)
