Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a Sales Learnership opportunity, within the Sales department, at various locations in KwaZulu-Natal.
The programme aims to allow learners to gain skills and understanding of various sales principles, including how to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process & implement, execute & monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area. Learners will report to the Sales Team Leaders.

- Commercial aspects of the Sales environment
- Customer Care
- Customer Management
- Marketing Essentials
- Merchandising Standards
- Management Essentials
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be unemployed
- Must be Employment Equity candidate
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must have completed Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy as a subject
- Must have passed 2 South African language subjects (1 must be English) in Matric, with a minimum of 40%
- Must have completed a Diploma
- Must have little or no working experience
- Must NOT have previously completed the same qualification/ learnership at another company or organisation
- Advantageous: valid code 8 driver’s license
- Must have excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Must have good planning skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must be solutions orientated
- Must be innovative
- Must be confident and socially outgoing
- Must be able to build positive relationships
- Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently
- Must be assertive and persuasive
