DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Mpumalanga
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a learnership opportunity to young, unemployed candidates interested in pursuing a commercial career within Sales and Marketing. During the programme, the candidate will be placed in the company's Sales Department and will report directly to the Sales Team Leaders. The aim of this programme is to allow CCBSA to find hardworking, and talented individuals to join their team, and to equip learners with the necessary skills needed to succeed within the Sales and Marketing sector.
What you will learn:
- How to grow the company's volume
- How to facilitate order taking processes
- How to implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Performing commercial aspects of the sales environment
- Ensuring superior customer care is provided
- Ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are managed
- Performing all key marketing and management essentials
- Maintaining proper merchandising standards
- Practising essential communications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must have completed Matric, with a minimum of 40% for English and Mathematics/ Mathematics literacy
- Must be unemployed
- Must have a valid code 8 drivers' licence (advantageous)
