DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Various Locations in South Africa
Duration: 12 months
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a Business Administration Learnership opportunity within the HR Department, to unemployed, disabled individuals.
During the programme, the candidate will report to the HR Coordinator and will provide assistance, perform duties and use their relevant skills and experience within the HR Department. Learners will perform duties throughout the year, during peak business periods and when teams are on leave.
The programme will run over the course of 12 months, consisting of theoretical (formal) training as well as a structured (on-the-job) work experience. The aim of this programme is to allow the candidate to complete NQF level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
- Must be living with a disability
- Must NOT have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or organisation
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have passed Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy and English as subjects in Matric, with a minimum of 40%
- Must NOT be enrolled in any formal, full-time studies
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have proficiency in an additional South African language
- Must be unemployed
- Must have 1 year of working experience
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme
- Must NOT have a criminal record
- Must have a clear credit history
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be organised
- Must be goal-driven
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a highly flexible and high-pressured environment
