The Department of Employment and Labour is the department of the South African government responsible for matters related to employment, including industrial relations, job creation, unemployment insurance and occupational health and safety.

Duration: 24 months
Salary: R 6 666 per month
The Department of Employment & Labour is an offering internship programme opportunity to qualifying unemployed graduates, who would like to gain work exposure. The intern will fulfil general office administration duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Must have completed a 3 years qualification in any of these fields: Public Administration or Management/ Human Resources Management/ Finance
- Must have no working experience
- Must be unemployed
- Must have NOT participated in an internship programme previously

Attach the following documents to your application:
- A completed Z83 form, stating the reference number above
- Copy of your Identity Document
- Copy of your Permanent Residence Permit, if a Non-RSA Citizens/ Permanent Resident Permit Holder
- Recently updated and comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
- Copies of all qualification academic transcripts (if in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA))
- Copy of your Matric certificate/ Senior Certificate
- Copy of your Driver’s license, if applicable
Please note:
