Duration: 24 months
Stipend: R6 174.96 per month
The Department of Tourism is inviting the youth of Gauteng to apply for various Internship opportunities within the department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be a graduate or postgraduate student who has completed a tertiary qualification in one of the fields listed above
- Must be unemployed
- Must have NOT been previously taken part in any internship programmes
- Must be 35 years old or younger

Attach the following documents to your application:
- A completed Z83 form, indicating the internship programme you are applying for (see reference numbers above)
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- Certified copy of your Matric certificate
- Certified copy of your relevant tertiary qualification
- Certified copy of your Identity Document
Please note:
1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview to determine whether they are suitable for the programme.
2) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted - if you have not received any correspondence within 3 months of the closing date, please regard your application as unsuccessful.
3) Candidates will be required to sign a contract for the duration of the training.
4) Failure to submit the required documents will result in the application not being considered.
