DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

EPI-USE if offering an internship opportunity for the role of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Candidates in their final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies will be able to start their career as EPI-USE's programme will provide them with the necessary resources and expertise to establish their career path and accelerate them to success.

During the programme, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the most profitable companies in the world as well as develop their skills and knowledge in system configuration, business analysis, data analysis, process definition, software development, project management, and systems integration. This programme is open to graduates who have proficiency in solving difficult system and business problems, embrace opportunities and change, as well as enjoy engaging with clients on a business level.

Key performance areas of the programme:

Ensuring that SuccessFactors Talent Management modules are certified and maintaining certifications
Providing support to and participating in implementations
Participating and attending internal knowledge sharing sessions
Ensuring that new and original solutions in the Talent Management and SAP areas are researched
Ensuring that administrative tasks are complete

Once you become an established SAP Talent SuccessFactors Consultant, you will partake in the following job functions:

Interpreting clients business requirements and evaluating viable solutions
Interpreting the usefulness of the pre-developed SAP application packages as well as identifying any development requirements
Identifying the goals of the system and compiling diagrams and flow charts, explaining the operational steps of programs
Ensuring that system design procedures, quality standards, and test procedures are documented, developed, and revised
Providing training to business users on the new operation of the implemented system

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

Must be studying towards one of the following Bachelor Degrees: BCom Human Resource Management, BCom Business Management, BCom Informatics, BIT, BSc Computer Science or BEng Industrial Engineering
Must be in your final year of undergraduate studies or postgraduate studies
Must be fluent in English (written and oral)
Must be passionate about research
Must constantly seek ways of self-improvement
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent time-keeping capabilities
Must be highly committed
Must be self-motivated
