DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Midrand, Gauteng
Salary: market related
G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is offering a learnership opportunity for the role of Call Centre consultant. During the programme, the candidate will learn not only about the importance of customer care but also deal with queries and complaint reports whilst reporting to the National Customer Support Manager.
The candidate will engage in many performance areas throughout the programme, namely:
Answering calls, which may include:
- Understanding the client's queries
- Telephonically resolve any issues the client may have
- Utilising Google sheets and creating reference numbers for inbound and outbound calls
- Greeting customers properly by giving them your name and the company's name
- Emailing and calling respective branches for any further information
- Ensuring that clients receive proper feedback
- Answering calls within 10 seconds
Timekeeping, which may include:
- Ensuring that agent reports are sent on time
- Meeting all deadlines
- Being punctual
- Contacting various branches via email and call for any missing information
- Completing reports and updating all client information on Google Sheets
- Ensuring that all G4S online profiles are loaded
AD-HOC Duties, which may include:
- Ensuring that all ad hoc duties assigned to you by management are completed
Health and Safety, which may include:
- Participating in the development, design, implementation, review, and monitoring of the company's annual national safety plans
- Participating in safety forums (e.g. safety meetings and tasks)
- Ensuring that all safety incidents are reported
- Discussing all safety incidents with all levels
- Ensuring that you follow up on activities assigned by safety
- Participating in safety refresher and education programmes
- Following all safety protocols within the workplace
- Distributing safety information when necessary
management/committee/meeting/ repetitive
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed either of the following qualifications: Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 with a minimum of 50% pass rate
- Must NOT be registered as a full-time student at a tertiary institution
- Must have basic call centre knowledge
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must have excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be resilient
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be goal orientated
- Must be results-driven
- Must be willing to promote and practice the values of G4S
