Harcourts Xtreme is a real estate business based in Alberton and Johannesburg South. They specialise in residential homes and New Developments with their agents holding a high level of professionalism and knowledge about and within the industry.
DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Gauteng
Contract duration: 24-months
Harcourts is offering an internship opportunity within the Real Estate sector. During the programme, the candidate will be provided with training opportunities as well as exposure to the working industry, preparing them for a prosperous career in Real Estate. The candidate will undergo a 24-month internship at Harcourts and must apply for an intern FFC (fidelity fund certificate) with the EEAB (Estate agency affairs board.)
During the programme, the candidate will be required to:
- Maintain and complete a logbook of all their accomplished activities which must be recorded and signed-off
- Write and pass the Professional Designate Exam (this is to be completed within 2-years from the date of the candidate's first issue of an intern fidelity fund certificate)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed an NQF-4 FETC (the Further Education and Training Certificate) in Real Estate and received a certificate of competence from SETA OR must possess an equivalent Diploma/ Degree
- Must be residing in Gauteng
