Altron Bytes People Solutions is offering Learnership and Internship opportunities to unemployed youth with AND without disabilities. The aim of these programmes is to empower South African unemployed youth, by giving them the opportunity to gain a National Qualification Framework (NQF) qualification while acquiring knowledge and practical skills in the workplace.
 

Altron Bytes People Solutions learnership and internship programmes lead to a range of National Certificates – from NQF Level 2 to 5, in a range of areas. Some of the key focus areas include:

  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Business Analysis
  • Contact Centre
  • Education Development and Training (EDTP)
  • Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS)
  • Generic Management
  • Information Technology
  • Marketing & Sales
  • New Venture Creation
  • Project Management
  • Warehousing
  • Wholesale & Retail Operations

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must have completed Matric and have a valid NSC certificate
  • Students who have completed diploma or degree in any field are welcome to apply
  • Must be unemployed and not studying full-time
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Must be fluent in English – be able to communicate and have good interpersonal skills
  • Must be presentable
  • Candidates with disabilities are welcome to apply – they will be required to provide a valid medical certificate
