DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Randjespark, Midrand, Gauteng (Head Office)
Bosch South Africa have various Internship positions within the company.
1) E-Commerce Support Internship: an opportunity within the Bosch Power Tools department, for a candidate to provide the sales and marketing team with e-commerce support. Responsibilities will include:
- assisting with sales target achievement and strategy development;
- assisting dealers with setting up and improving e-commerce activities;
- providing recommendations and implementing changes on customers’ websites and online service
2) SOP Support Internship: an opportunity within the Bosch Power Tools department, for a candidate to assist with everyday SOP (Standard Operations Procedures) tasks. Responsibilities will include:
- Admin duties: capturing scrapping vouchers; assisting order desk with customer queries and orders
- Customer Support: providing proof of delivery and invoice reprints
- Customer returns: capturing of returns in IPOS SAP system back to the warehouse; creation of customer credit or debit requests in Customer Query System and in SAP IPOS; providing documents requested by logistics partner
- Customer Claims: logging claims with logistics partners; supplying liability claims to logistics partner; capturing claims in IPOS CQS system; starting claim approvals; resolving claims and queries
3) Key Accounts Manager Support Internship: an opportunity for a candidate to assist Key Account Managers, as well as speed up application of updated product and price strategy. Responsibilities will include:
- assisting Key Account Managers with daily admin duties
- assisting with new online store applications
- assiting with store order and approval process
- taking care of customer returns
- providing online support with content, videos and images
- provide product details and image updates for current listings
- finding relevant documents and images for new listings
- implement online stores audits, maintenance and improvements, of images and content
- finalise new customer listing templates
- updating and maintaining price files
- maintaining product details and implementing updates to stores
- ensuring campaigns align with Online Platforms or Activities
- requesting extension request to MP channels
- order processing for MP Channel, fill rate reporting and providing feedback
- keeping promotional calendar updated for all numerous stores and branches
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

1) E-Commerce Support Internship:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have completed a Diploma or Degree qualification in E-commerce or a related field
- Must have experience working in MS Excel and PowerPoint (advantageous)
- Must have experience or knowledge of E-commerce
- Must have knowledge of/ interest in online marketing
- Must be well organised and structured
- Must be willing to travel around the country for work duties
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
2) SOP Support Internship:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have completed a Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Must have experience working in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advantageous)
- Must have experience working in ERP system (advantageous)
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must be well organised and structured
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must have strong problem solving skills
3) Key Accounts Manager Support Internship:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have completed a Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Must have experience working in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advantageous)
- Must have experience working in marketing environment and key accounts management (advantageous)
- Must be willing to travel around the country for work duties
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must be well organised and structured
