ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Location: Spartan, Gauteng

P&G are inviting candidates to join the team in the position of Plant Technician Intern. The chosen candidate will work with the team who are esponsible for keeping production going, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high quality standard that consumers expect. Interns will receive mentorship, training, coaching and guidance during the programme.
 

Key performance areas: working behind the scenes in the manufacturing plant, performing various tasks, including:

  • Operating high-speed converting and packing equipment
  • Controlling the process via a computer terminal
  • Undetaking preventive maintenance on equipment

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria - failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID document
  • Must have completed a Matric certificate (NSC) or N3 equivalent ONLY
  • Must be medically and physically fit – will be required to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be willing to work day and night shift work schedule
