ABOUT THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE INTERNSHIP:

Roads Agency Limpopo (RAL) is a state-owned company that owns and manages provincial road infrastructure, within the provincial road network. The main functions of the company include: planning, designing, construction, maintenance and controlling of the provincial road network.
 

DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo
Salary: Diploma students will receive R4 000 per month and Degree students will receive R7 000 per month.

Road Agency Limpopo (RAL) are inviting 15 graduates to apply for various internship positions within the company. The following internship positions are open for application:

  • Human Resources Internship (2 positions)
  • Finance Internships (5 positions)
  • Legal Internship (1 position)
  • Internal Audit Internship (1 position)
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance Internship (4 positions)
  • Monitoring and Evaluation Internship (1 position)
  • Communication Internship (1 position)

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
Human Resources Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed one of these qualifications: Human Resource Management (National Diploma or BTech)/ Labour Relations or Industrial Relations (National Diploma or BTech)/ Public Management (National Diploma or Degree BCom HR or BA HR)

Finance Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed one of these qualifications: Secretarial Studies / Office Administration or equivalent ( Diploma)/ Financial Accounting or Cost and Management Accounting or Financial Management (3 Degree or National Diploma)/ Supply Chain Management or Purchasing Management or Logistics or Asset Management (National Diploma or Degree)

Legal Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed a LLB qualification and Admission as an Attorney

Internal Audit Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed an Internal Auditing qualification (National Diploma or B degree)

Governance, Risk and Compliance Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed one of these qualifications: Environmental Management/ Environmental Science/ Risk Management (National Diploma or Degree)

Monitoring and Evaluation Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed a Monitoring and Evaluation relevant tertiary qualification ( National Diploma or BCom Degree)

Communication Internship

  • Must have completed Matric (NSC)
  • Must have completed a tertiary qualification in: Public Relations or Media Studies or Marketing and Communications
