DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Duration: 12 months
IQBusiness is offering a Graduate Internship opportunity within their Consulting sector as part of the Management Consulting industry. This programme will aid the candidate in developing their skills as well as give them exposure to real-life work experience by the means of external and internal project engagements.
The programme will run from January 2022 to January 2023, with applications officially opening on 1 June 2021.
As a Management Consultant, the candidate will face many aspects within their role. This role needs specific core skills that aid them in adapting well to change as well as use various technologies and tools to manurer even in the toughest environments.

What is expected of the candidate:
- Getting involved with customers and everyone you do business with
- Attending boot camps, workshops, as well as joining an initiative
- Gaining exposure by shadowing or supervising product delivery
- Learning about the methods and techniques used to deliver projects
- Learning about the business function by engaging internally with IQBusiness as well as learning about the business functions
- Help attain strategic goals
- Being open to all learning experiences

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have a Diploma a Degree qualification OR be in your final year of studies
- Must have no more than 2 years of corporate or full-time employment experience
- Must be enthusiastic and passionate
