Kruger Shalati is offering a Business Administrator Internship Programme opportunity to graduates who would like to join the team. Candidates who are organised, smart and enthusiastic are encouraged to apply.
Duties of the internship programme:
- Assisting with researching and administrating support to the management.
- Developing and maintaining an efficient, appropriate and user-friendly filing system, including an electronic filing system.
- Assisting with managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Developing and maintaining an up-to-date (electronic) contact list.
- Answering phone calls and transfering them as necessary.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments in a manner that ensures appropriate balancing of priorities.
- Preparing ‘meeting files’ and collating all relevant and necessary documents including the. arranging of meeting rooms.
- Making necessary travelling and accommodation arrangements.
- Supporting management with whatever necessary to manage the day to day activities efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

- Must reside within Mpumalanga
- Must have completed Matric
- Must have a National Diploma in Business Administration
- Must be goal-driven
- Must be willing to learn new skills in an on-the-job training environment
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be willing to perform various Hospitality Administration duties
- Must be willing to assist with all relevant daily tasks
- Must be patient
- Must be well groomed and confident
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have good customer service and communications skills
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Must be friendly and service orientated
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must be dependable to fulfil obligations
- Must show initiative by taking control of assigned tasks
