DETAILS ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Contract term: 24 months
EE status: only EE candidates may apply
AVI Limited are looking for a Food Science graduate to join their Quality Assurance Graduate Programme, which will be held in Durban for 24 months. The Programme will allow candidates to gain much experience, by working alongside senior company members.
The programme will provide candidates with the following benefits:
- Continuous guidance, mentorship support
- Exposure and hands-on learning within a working environment
- Opportunities to take part in meaningful projects and be reponsible for delivering quality results
Functions and responsibilites of the programme:
- System understanding, management, support and staff training
- Supporting the Quality Systems Manager with Shopware, SAP and workflow system requirements
- Reporting support and providing assistance to factory with improvements
- KVI standard documents
- Traceability by way of systems
- Colour standards and sensory standards set
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Education requirement: must have completed a Food Sciences (Bsc) qualification
- Must have achieved a minimum average of 60% in your final year of study
- Experience requirement: none / entry level
- Must have a valid drivers license (candidates will be required to travel to the factory sites)
