DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Locations: Southern Suburbs, Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration of programme: 9 to 12 months
Salary: students will receive a market related salary

HomeChoice are inviting students with Matric to apply for the Contact Centre Learnership programme. The programme aims to equip students with theoretical and practical knowledge of the retail and customer service sector.

Students who complete the learnership programme will receive a National Certificate: Contact Centre Operations (NQF Level 4) or a National Certificate: Contact Centre Operations (NQF Level 3) qualification.
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be under 35 years of age
  • Must have completed Matric
  • Must have passed Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy in Matric
  • Must have passed English 1st or 2nd Language in Matric
  • Must NOT have a criminal record
  • Must have a clear credit record
  • Must be unemployed
  • No working experience is required
