ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality was formed in 2001 and is located in the Eastern Cape province, on the shores of Algoa Bay. The Municipality is one of the eight South African Metropolitan municipalities.
The Municipality covers Port Elizabeth, as well as neighbouring towns Despatch and Uitenhage and surrounding rural area.
ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP
Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Learnerships combine structured learning and workplace experience, which upon successful completion of the programme leads to a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) registered qualification.
A tri-partite agreement is signed between the learner, employer and training provider.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- South African citizen
- Completed Matric
- Reside within the Eastern Cape
*Other eligibility requirements may be applicable depending on the selected learnership programme.

Applications must be delivered: Skills Development Administration Clerk, 9th Floor, Fidelity House, Govan Mbeki Avenue (next to City Treasurer).
Once your application has been received by the HR Transformation Services office, you will be registered on the NMBM database and they will be in contact with you when suitable positions become available.
