DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Hermanstad, Pretoria, Gauteng
Medirite Courier Pharmacy is offering a Pharmacist Assistant Learnership opportunity to matriculants who would like to gain experience in the field. The learner will have the opportunity to learn, study and complete their Pharmacist Assistant course. The individual will work under the supervision of the pharmacist and will assist with pharmacy-related administrative duties.
The learner will ensure proper storage of stock and maintain stock rotation and perform administrative tasks pertaining to document flow and housekeeping tasks.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Stock control
- Administration
- Housekeeping
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have passed English and Mathematics as subjects in Matric (preferably)
- Advantageous: working experience working in a Pharmacy
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience working in MS Office
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Advantageous: fluent in at least 1 other official language
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent customer skills
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must have strong numerical skills
