Meltwater is offering an internship opportunity for the role of Product Support Intern. During the programme, the candidate will have the opportunity to work across the company's EMEA client base with client success departments across various regions (such as the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.)
As a product support intern, the candidate will join a team that focuses on supporting the company's international and external stakeholders by troubleshooting, applying product knowledge, and empowering clientele. The role aims to focus on providing support to Meltwater's Enterprise-level clients by using expert communication skills
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Reviewing Meltwater's current source base and adding any missing content
- Working closely with the Product Support team on delivering bigger projects and assisting where needed
- Updating media lists and contacts
- Aiding new users in Meltwater's self-serve portfolio with account set-ups and training
- Solving complex cases through innovative solutions
- Meeting all client expectations and deadlines
- Ensuring a high standard and quality of work is maintained

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed or in process of completing a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have no more than 1 year of formal work experience
- Must be passionate about supporting and managing client deliverables
- Must be able to work in a high pressured international environment
- Must have a strong understanding of news media/ social media
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be fluent in Dutch, German, and/or French (advantageous)
- Must have excellent communication skills
