DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:

Mhlathuze Water is offering a learnership opportunity to candidates interested in pursuing a career in Water and Waste Water Treatment. This one-year programme will allow the candidates to develop the necessary practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed within the Water and Sanitation industry. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will obtain an NQF-3 in Water and Waste.
 

Key Performance Areas of the Programme:

  • Attending all training
  • Attending all classes
  • Completing a Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
  • Completing practical work at the Mhlathuze Water treatment plants

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must have completed Grade 12/ Matric with Mathematics and Science as subjects
  • Must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% for Mathematics and Science
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be younger than 35 years old
  • Must have a Driver's License
