Microsoft is offering a Finance Rotational Programme for the role of Finance Rotation Analyst.
During the programme, the candidate will have an opportunity to learn and partner with Microsoft’s established teams. Through this, the candidate will build their career and enhance their skills all whilst exploring the facets of finance operations at a Fortune 100 company.
The Microsoft Finance Rotation Programme (FRP) allows candidates to develop skills in many areas such as identification, profit-and-loss management, and improvement of business strategy, organizational risk, and decision support all whilst analysing the different business drivers used to gain results.
Over the duration of the programme, the FRP analysts will rotate through four 6 month rotations. This will allow the candidate to hone core business skills, build strong financial awareness, and grow where they can develop into a strategic and data-driven finance leader.
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Year 1: Engaging in foundational learning such as business processes, risk management, and understanding the Microsoft corporation
- Year 2: Building the above skills and focusing on exploratory learning. This includes analysis, advanced business modelling, decision and influence support
- Other expertise that will be developed: Analysis and application, profit-and-loss management, business strategy, identification and improvement of organizational risk, decision support, analysing different business drivers with the aim to achieve results

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of these fields: Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
- Must be within 12 months of graduation/ graduated within the last 12 months
- Must have 1 or more years of work/ classroom experience in financial risk analysis (advantageous)
- Must have analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must have relevant finance internship work experience (advantageous)
