Momentum and Metropolitan, although within the same company, do operate within different markets. Momentum focuses primarily on the upper-income markets and bracket, whilst Metropolitan focuses primarily on lower and middle-income markets.
Therefore, Metropolitan aims to represent all South Africans and empower them through financial growth and security. Metropolitan operates in many African countries, such as South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Nigeria, and Swaziland.
DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Bellville, Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: R3 000 per month
Momentum and Metropolitan invites unemployed candidates residing within Cape Town, to apply for the Client Service Administrator Learnership opportunity. This programme will officially commence on 1 February 2022 and will run for a duration of 12-months at Momentum Corporate in Bellville.
Learners will join the structured programme, whereby they will gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the workplace. Learners will be exposed to various career paths with this programme, including: Client Service Administrator, Service Consultant, Pension Fund Administrator and more.
Upon successful completion of the programme, the candidate will obtain a INSETA-recognised qualification – a Service Consultant (NQF Level 4) qualification.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
- Must have achieved a minimum result of 50% for English in Matric
- Advantageous: passed Mathematics, Mathematics Literacy or Accounting in Matric
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must NOT have previously been employed (part-time or full time)
- Must NOT be partaking in another learnership when applying
- Must NOT have participated in another learnership before
- Must be keen to learn
- Must be dynamic and a self-starter
- Must be passionate about client service
- Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply
