Monocle is offering a Graduate Programme to candidates interested in establishing a career as an Analyst. The candidate will complete an intensive in-house training programme preparing them to become part of the Monocle team. The candidate will also engage in comprehensive challenges that will test their knowledge and improve their skills, and receive mentorship from the company's top executives.
All candidates participating in this graduate opportunity will be guaranteed permanent employment and upon successful completion of their training, will be elevated to the consulting team where they will solve real-world banking and insurance challenges.

The recruitment process:
- 1. Candidates will engage in a 60-minute online competency assessment
- 2. The candidate will then have a personal meeting with People & Culture where they will be orientated to Monocle
- 3. The candidate will then engage in an executive interview to discuss their skills, knowledge, company fit, and the layout of the graduate programme
- 4. Shortlisted candidates will then meet a second executive who will relay input to the final hiring decision
- 5. A final offer is made by the P&C team and relayed to the chosen recipient of the Graduate programme
