DETAILS ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Lichtenburg, North West
Duration: 1 year
NWK Limited is offering 2 learnership opportunities: the Business Administration learnership programme and the Generic Management learnership programme. Both programmes will take place over a period of 1 year and will include practical and theoretical training.
The Business Administration learnership programme offers an NQF level 4 qualification, which is aimed at meeting the needs of learners who are involved in or wish to work within the field of administration (including secretarial, administrative assistants, administrators and clerks).
The Business Administration learnership is made up of these modules: Organisational ethics; work place performance, business communication, principles of administration, service provider management and organisational development.
The Generic Management learnership programme offers an NQF level 4 qualification, which is aimed at enhancing skills of learners who wish to pursue careers in the field of management (including line managers, team leaders or supervisors in a corporate context).
The Generic Management learnership programme is made up of these modules: mathematics in business; business communications; leadership skills; team building; as well as problem solving and disaster risk management. Learners will also receive exposure to the retail distribution sector, which will equip them with the necessary skills to be efficient supervisors.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
Business Administration learnership:
- Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
- Must be currently unemployed
- Preference will be given to learners who completed Computer Applications Technology (CAT) as a subject in high school
- Graduates will be considered
- Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply
Generic Management learnership:
- Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12
- Must be currently unemployed
- Preference will be given to learners who completed Computer Applications Technology (CAT) as a subject in high school
