DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Locations: Pretoria West, Gauteng
RCL Foods is inviting Human Resources / Learning graduates to apply for the position of Learning and Development Intern at the company.
Interns will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Administrate learning in line with RCL standards
- Perform multiple training administrative tasks
- Planning, scheduling and managing the bookings of courses (both internal and external), as well as training events
- Ensuring record-keeping, archiving and filing system are kept up to date
- Engagement and support of internal and external stakeholder (including face to face client engagements and meetings)
- Controlling documents (including training history capturing and training in regard to record keeping and archiving)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)
- Must have completed a tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Learning
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing and able to learn new software applications
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have good planning skills
- Must be well organised
- Must work efficiently
- Must be self-motivated
