DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 6 months (minimum)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Rhino Africa is offering a Salesforce QA/BA Internship to a graduates interested in joining their Salesforce and Kapito Team.
During the programme, the candidate will be involved in documenting business requirements into technical documentation; ensuring all releases, bugs and features are tested; ensuring that all resources and feedback are updated; looking for innovative ways to improve business practices; as well as constantly reviewing business processes and requirements.
Key Performance Areas of the Programme:
- Ensuring that user acceptance testing for new releases and features are tested
- Validating testing of fixes and reporting all bugs
- Ensuring that all business requirements are translated into technical requirements
- Providing assistance with the maintenance, design, and documentation of business and system processes
- Creating wireframes and storyboards that are low-fidelity
- Ensuring that optimisation strategies are developed and reviewing all business processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Degree equivalent Diploma in one of these fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce (Technology focused), Business, or any other relevant study field
- Must be a recent graduate
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, and Google Sheets (with specific knowledge pertaining to formulas)
- Must have an inquiring mind
- Must be proactive
- Must be passionate about quality control
- Must have problem-solving capabilities
- Must have excellent documentation skills
- Must be able to create visual models (example, wireframes and workflow diagrams)
- Must have excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Must be a conceptual thinker
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to communicate insight to teammates
- Must be able to work with non-/ technical business owners and have excellent communication skills
