DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
RMB is offering a Minds that Matter Graduate (Internship) Programme. This programme aims to employ interns who have creative problem-solving skills and a can-do mindset that will aid the company in reaching various business solutions.
The candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence and quality orientation with tasks, projects, and deliverables. The role is permanent and aims to allow candidates to establish the career and skills needed to ensure a prosperous future.
The candidates will be introduced into an entrepreneurial work environment and empowered to make their own decisions.
Key performance areas of the programme:
- Ensuring all duties and tasks are completed through continuous planning, reporting, and updating
- Contributing to projects by providing input that is innovative, proactive, and appropriate
- Participating in knowledge sharing with shareholders and peers
- Managing your own development plan to enhance your skills and competencies
- Ensuring that you attend and meet all the requirements of the Development Programme as set out by the COE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Postgraduate Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics Science, or Technology
- Must be a graduate
- Must have less than 12 months of formal working experience
- Must have excelled in many aspects of your life (from academics to sports)
- Must be an innovative thinker
- Must be resilient
- Must be curious
- Must be hard-working
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a creative thinker
