DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Kruger National Park, Limpopo/ Mpumalanga
Duration: 1 year
Stipend: R5 000 per/month
The South African National Park is offering an internship opportunity within its Air Services division. This programme is open to candidates who have obtained their Fixed-wing Private Pilot license and want to further pursue their careers by enhancing their skills and knowledge. The selected candidate will be placed at SANParks for 1 year and will receive a monthly stipend during the programme.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have completed a Fixed-wing Private Pilot License
- Must have a 12-month validity on your Pilot License
- Must have obtained your qualification at an Accredited Training Institution
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be unemployed
- Must be a graduate
- Must not have previously participated in any other internship/ placement programme

South Africa National Parks (SANParks) is a leading conservation authority and is responsible for more than 4 million hectares of protected land in 20 national parks, operating under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Affairs.
